Onsite Leadership Role | $120,000 – $135,000 Bonus Allowances Full Benefits
We’ve partnered with a well-established, multi-brand quick-service restaurant platform with a strong regional footprint to identify a Director of Operations to lead day-to-day field execution across a high-volume territory.
This is a hands-on, people-driven leadership role for an operator who enjoys being in the field, developing leaders, and driving consistent execution across multiple locations. The Director will play a critical role in elevating operational standards while maintaining a strong, performance-based culture.
What You’ll Be Responsible ForOwn operational performance across 20–35 QSR locations
Lead, coach, and develop Area / District Managers
Drive KPIs related to sales growth, labor efficiency, food safety, cleanliness, and guest experience
Ensure brand standards, systems, and procedures are executed consistently
Review P&L performance and partner with leadership on corrective actions
Support hiring, training, and leadership development initiatives
Build bench strength and succession plans for future growth
Maintain a visible, field-forward leadership presence
7 years of progressive multi-unit restaurant leadership experience
QSR experience required (fast food or high-volume quick service)
Strong operational instincts with proven people-development success
Experience owning P&Ls, labor models, and operational KPIs
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, performance-driven environments
Bilingual (Spanish or Portuguese) a plus, not required
Based in or willing to commute regularly across Southern NH / Northern MA
