You’ll support customers, drive revenue through upselling, and play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage inbound customer inquiries, quotes, and order requests
- Provide pricing, availability, and lead times based on production schedules
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue
- Coordinate with production, shipping, and sales teams
- Track orders and proactively communicate updates
- Handle returns, credits, and issue resolution
- Maintain CRM records and generate Excel reports
- 2 years of inside sales and/or customer service experience REQUIRED
- Manufacturing, industrial, or distribution background strongly preferred
- Experience with quoting, pricing, and order processing
- Strong communication and customer relationship skills
- CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) Excel reporting
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual is a plus
- $23–$25/hour full benefits
