What You’ll Be Doing
- Market accounts and negotiate terms with carriers
- Manage renewals and new business submissions
- Partner with underwriters and wholesale markets
- Review policies for accuracy and ensure timely delivery
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Support retention efforts and overall service excellence
What They’re Looking For
- 3 years of commercial insurance brokerage experience
- Experience working directly with carriers
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- P&C license preferred
