What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform setups and operation on CNC and manual machines
- Machine components used in industrial equipment
- Work from blueprints and technical drawings
- Maintain tight tolerances and ensure product quality
- Use inspection tools to verify accuracy
- Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- 3–5 years of hands-on machining experience
- Experience with manual CNC equipment
- Strong understanding of machining processes and tooling
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail
