Client Relationship Manager
St. Paul, MN | $60,000 Base 10% Monthly Commissions
Schedule: Fully Onsite | Monday–Friday | Local Travel to Client Sites
Our client is a rapidly expanding international foods distributor that’s built on a family-oriented culture and a reputation for excellence. They’re seeking a Client Relationship Manager to strengthen customer partnerships, drive sales growth, and support the company’s continued expansion in the U.S. market.
This position is ideal for a sales professional who thrives on cultivating relationships, uncovering opportunities, and delivering results in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and sell food distribution products to new and existing accounts
Conduct client needs analyses to recommend tailored international food solutions
Use reporting tools like Tableau to identify trends and maximize growth potential
Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs and revenue goals
Build and nurture strong business relationships across diverse ethnic and mainstream markets
Execute outbound prospecting and cold calling campaigns to expand the client base
Ensure merchandising standards and planogram compliance in mainstream accounts
Address customer issues quickly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
Share competitive insights, customer feedback, and new product opportunities with leadership
2 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in food or consumer goods distribution
Proficiency with CRM systems
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Skilled in Excel and order entry platforms
Organized, self-driven, and customer-focused
Experience with merchandising and sales pipeline management
Bilingual (English/Arabic/Turkish) strongly preferred
