What You’ll Do
- Oversee client onboarding and account processing
- Handle transfers, contributions, and account updates
- Manage documentation and ensure compliance accuracy
- Maintain CRM systems and workflow tracking
- Liaise with custodians and resolve operational issues
- Assist with reporting and billing processes
- Support continuous process improvements
- 3 years in financial services operations
- Experience with custodians (Schwab preferred)
- Strong CRM experience (Salesforce is a plus)
- Highly organized with strong multitasking ability
- Professional communication and client service skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Competitive base salary: $70K–$85K
