Mammography Technologist (Breast Imaging)
Location: Boca Raton (33432) | Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Compensation:$75,000 – $95,000 (DOE)
A modern outpatient imaging center is seeking a skilled Breast Imaging Technologist to support high-quality mammography services. This role is responsible for delivering accurate diagnostic images while providing a supportive and patient-focused experience.

Key Responsibilities- Conduct screening and diagnostic mammograms following established clinical protocols
- Ensure optimal image quality while maintaining strict radiation safety standards
- Guide patients through the imaging process, ensuring comfort and clear communication
- Evaluate images for completeness and diagnostic quality before submission
- Support additional breast imaging procedures such as biopsies or supplemental imaging when needed
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records within imaging systems
- Work closely with radiologists and clinical teams to ensure efficient workflow and timely results
- Perform routine equipment checks and ensure proper functionality
- Adhere to all MQSA, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
- ARRT (R) certification required
- ARRT (M) – Mammography certification required
- 5 years of experience
- Experience with digital mammography and 3D tomosynthesis preferred
- Strong knowledge of breast imaging protocols and positioning
- Excellent patient care and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- $75,000 – $95,000 base salary (depending on experience)
