Part time 401(k) Relationship Manager

What You’ll Be Doing
• Act as primary contact for retirement plan clients and participants
• Lead enrollment meetings and educational presentations
• Guide clients on plan design and compliance requirements
• Coordinate with TPAs on plan setup and ongoing administration
• Track and manage retirement plan timelines and deliverables
• Assist with data collection for annual filings and reporting
• Support new business development through proposals and benchmarking
What We’re Looking For
• Series 7 66
• 2 years of 401(k), retirement services, or TPA experience
• Proven ability to present to groups and explain financial concepts
• Experience working with plan sponsors and participant education
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Series 7 & 66 are a plus
• Experience in wealth management or advisory firms preferred
