This role involves presentations, data entry, and direct support related to managed care enrollment and program education. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct face-to-face outreach and enrollment servicesPresent managed care options and assist beneficiaries with plan usageSupport enrollment, disenrollment, medical exemptions, and waiversEnter and transmit enrollment data accurately per HCO guidelinesDocument daily activity in CRM systemsBuild positive relationships with county staff, community groups, and clientsAttend community events and health fairs as neededMeet production, quality, and compliance standards QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GEDFluent in English and Spanish (read, write, speak)Knowledge of local communityProficient in MS Office and basic computer systemsTyping speed of 25 WPMStrong communication, organization, and multitasking skillsAbility to work independently and in a fast-paced environmentReliable transportation and ability to travel within the county Preferred:Human services or public-facing experienceOutreach, presentation, or community education experienceExperience working with low-income or diverse populations
