Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, identifying new sales opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients. Duties:

• Utilize strong communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions.
• Engage in outbound calling to prospect and follow up with leads, resulting in new sales opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase loyalty and drive repeat business.
• Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets by consistently meeting and exceeding customer needs.

Experience:

• 1 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Proven experience in telemarketing or outbound calling.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Shift:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus opportunities

• Monthly bonus

Competencies

Excellent communication skills including active listening. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances. Ability to handle sensitive customer concerns while proactively recommending solutions that meet the customer and company needs. Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment.

Education and Experience

Requires a high school diploma and/or equivalent. Previous customer service experience is preferred. Must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
