Job Title: Senior QA Automation Engineer
Overview:
Join us as a Senior QA Automation Engineer and play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality of our complex, high-performance software systems in a fast-paced fintech environment. This hybrid position offers a dynamic opportunity to lead end-to-end testing initiatives, develop automated testing frameworks, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions that power real-time transaction processing and business intelligence applications.
Required Skills:
- Extensive knowledge of QA testing processes and best practices
- Proven experience testing user interfaces and transaction processing systems
- Proficiency in SQL queries and database concepts
- Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver for automation
- Familiarity with Linux command line interface and basic Java knowledge
- Experience with CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins
- Exposure to open-source automation frameworks, preferably BDD tools like Cucumber
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, organized, responsible team player
Nice to Have Skills:
- Fintech industry experience
- Additional programming skills or automation tools familiarity
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years in software QA/testing, with at least 4 years focused on automated testing tools
