Required Skills
- Extensive experience managing large-scale or enterprise-wide IT programs and portfolios
- Strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Proven ability to develop and communicate program strategy, high-level project plans, and business cases
- Exceptional communication skills to liaise effectively with IT and business leadership
- Track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget
- Ability to adjust project scope, timelines, and budgets based on evolving business needs
- Experience tracking project milestones and guiding project managers
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have Skills
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, PgMP, or equivalent)
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other iterative project management frameworks
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, or enterprise software solutions
- Prior experience in the telecommunications or media industry
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7 to 10 years of IT and business/industry experience
- At least 3 years in a leadership role managing multiple projects
- Minimum of 5 years managing projects in a fast-paced environment
