Required Skills
- Proven experience in desktop support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Proficiency in operating systems such as Windows 10/11, macOS, and iOS
- Familiarity with Active Directory and modern ticketing systems like ServiceNow
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective user support and technical documentation
- Ability to troubleshoot devices remotely and handle diverse technical environments
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience supporting enterprise environments and remote locations with tools like Bomgar
- Technical writing experience
- Knowledge of Audio/Video technologies and networking fundamentals
- Familiarity with mobile device management and remote access software
Preferred Education and Experience
- Associates Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
- 1 years of collaborative, service-driven support experience
