Required Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or data science.
- Proven experience with Generative AI architectures such as retrieval augmented generation, transformers, and multi-agent systems.
- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and frameworks like OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, Cursor, LangChain, and Llama Index.
- Strong proficiency in designing and deploying AI solutions across diverse domains including NLP, computer vision, and speech recognition.
- Experience deploying and monitoring AI solutions in cloud environments, particularly AWS.
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with analytical mindset.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Up-to-date knowledge of current trends and advancements in Generative AI.
- Understanding of ethical AI practices and responsible AI deployment.
Nice to Have Skills
- Master’s degree or PhD in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related fields.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, and familiarity with AI libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras.
- Certifications or specialized training in AI and Data Science.
- Experience working with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Kafka.
- Knowledge of web and mobile development tools and frameworks.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira and ServiceNow.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Master’s degree or higher in relevant fields.
- Over 7 years of experience in AI, with a strong emphasis on Generative AI projects.
- Demonstrated leadership or team management experience in AI initiatives.
