We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Content Manager II to lead the development, execution, and delivery of compelling digital content across multiple channels including web, mobile, SMS, and email. Required Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- 3-5 years of digital copywriting and content management experience
- Proven ability to lead content teams, oversee copy creation, and ensure timely delivery
- Strong experience with Content Management Systems such as Sitecore and WordPress
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of data analytics to monitor content performance
- Familiarity with user-centered design principles, wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications
- Ability to manage content audits, inventories, and web technologies
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience with SEO best practices and strategies
- Knowledge of web development or technical writing
- Experience working with development teams and understanding of developer specifications
- Previous involvement in content strategy formulation and implementation
- Ability to adapt tone and voice to reflect brand personality
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communications, Marketing, English, or related fields
- 3 to 5 years of experience specifically in digital content management and copywriting
Other Requirements
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with product, design, marketing, and development teams
- Ability to conduct content audits and manage web content across platforms
- References and samples of previous website and customer communications writing required
- A writing test will be conducted during the interview process
