Senior IT Systems Administrator
Overview:

Required Skills:
- 5 to 7 years of progressive IT experience with hands-on management of Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments at enterprise scale
- Extensive experience with JAMF, KACE, or similar MDM/endpoint management platforms (Intune, Workspace ONE, etc.)
- Proficiency with virtualization technologies such as Proxmox, VMware, or Hyper-V in production settings
- Solid networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and experience with enterprise networking gear like UniFi or Cisco
- PowerShell scripting for automation and bulk operations
- Strong troubleshooting skills for both remote and on-site issues
- Excellent customer service, communication, and mentorship abilities
- Linux server administration (RHEL, Ubuntu) and basic Docker familiarity
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with AWS (EC2, IAM, basic networking) and AWS Cloud Practitioner certification
- Industry certifications such as Microsoft Azure (MCSA/MCSE), CompTIA Security or Network , JAMF 200/300
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and exposure to Office 365/Exchange Online management
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred
- Proven track record managing enterprise IT infrastructures and supporting diverse environments
