Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in enterprise integration architecture across applications, infrastructure, network, and security.
- Proven experience designing and governing integration patterns, including carve-out and separation architectures.
- In-depth knowledge of enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, PLM) and architecture implications.
- Solid understanding of IAM, network segmentation, security-by-design principles.
- Proficiency in application integration methods (APIs, iPaaS/ESB, messaging patterns) and data migration concepts.
- Ability to develop decision-grade architecture options with clear trade-offs.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication skills, and ability to influence senior leadership.
- Experience working in global, multi-site environments and hybrid cloud architectures.
- Architecture certifications (e.g., TOGAF).
- Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure).
- Security foundations such as CISSP or equivalent.
- Experience leading integrations within the retail industry or other complex sectors.
- Knowledge of security and infrastructure planning within M&A contexts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10 years of progressive experience in IT architecture and integration.
- 3 years leading complex integration projects, including M&A integrations, in enterprise environments.
- Experience with global, multi-site, hybrid cloud architectures.
