UX Designer (Web)

Job Summary: As a Mid-Level UX Designer specializing in web design, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing and implementing intuitive and visually appealing web products requested by the business for web-based products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into compelling web-based content and solutions, ensuring seamless user experiences across products.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand user requirements and business objectives.
• Design and prototype user interfaces using tools such as Figma, ensuring consistency and usability across all platforms.
• Work with user researchers to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing results, and data analytics to continuously improve the user experience.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and provide support during the development process.
• Stay up to date on emerging trends and best practices in UX design, data visualization, and related technologies.
  
  

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience as a UX Designer with a focus on web-based solutions and products.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with user researchers to better understand the customer needs
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is required.
• A portfolio showcasing relevant work samples demonstrating proficiency in data visualization and UX design.
