- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand user requirements and business objectives.
- Design and prototype user interfaces using tools such as Figma, ensuring consistency and usability across all platforms.
- Work with user researchers to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing results, and data analytics to continuously improve the user experience.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and provide support during the development process.
- Stay up to date on emerging trends and best practices in UX design, data visualization, and related technologies.
- 3 years of experience as a UX Designer with a focus on web-based solutions and products.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with user researchers to better understand the customer needs
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is required.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant work samples demonstrating proficiency in data visualization and UX design.
