Job Title: Human Resource Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Business Partner to play a critical role in supporting our client’s US-based leaders and teams. Required Skills
- 5-7 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong knowledge of US employment law
- Proven experience working in a complex, matrixed, and global organization
- Ability to influence and build trusted relationships with leaders at all levels
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in succession planning, talent development, and organizational change management
Nice to Have Skills
- Hands-on experience with workforce planning, re-organizations, and cultural change projects
- Knowledge of compensation analysis, job grading, and rewards strategies
- Experience supporting learning initiatives and career development programs
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and advocate for change with confidence
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR)
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline (Master’s degree preferred)
- 5-7 years of progressive HRBP experience, ideally within a global or complex organizational context
