What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail team
- Drive sales, monitor KPIs, and execute strategies to achieve targets
- Deliver a premium, personalized luxury client experience
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring excellence and brand standards
- Recruit, train, and manage staff performance and development
- Build client relationships and expand the customer base
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years in retail management, preferably in luxury or high-end fashion
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Proven ability to drive sales and manage KPIs
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
