Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Luxury Outlet Store Manager to join our team. As an Anne Fontaine Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our boutique and driving sales. This includes managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, monitoring inventory, and maximizing sales. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences and selling.
Duties:
-Driving Sales and providing excellent customer service and styling to our clients
- Manage and supervise a team of associates, providing guidance and support
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
- Train and coach staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Sales Management
- Excellent administrative abilities with attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve all sales goals
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and point-of-sale software
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
