This role is critical to delivering an exceptional luxury experience while driving the boutique’s commercial success. The Luxury Store Manager serves as a key brand ambassador, ensuring operational excellence, leading high-performing teams, and creating personalized client experiences that strengthen customer loyalty and elevate the brand’s market presence.


How You'll Contribute

Team Management

  • Lead the recruitment and selection process, ensuring candidates align with the boutique’s standards, culture, and required competencies.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to ensure the team is knowledgeable about products, store procedures, and customer service excellence.
  • Develop and manage staff schedules, ensuring optimal coverage while coordinating time-off and vacation requests efficiently.
  • Provide consistent leadership, guidance, and supervision to ensure team members meet performance expectations and align with business objectives.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, offering constructive feedback and setting clear development goals.
  • Foster a positive, motivating work environment by recognizing achievements and supporting continuous professional growth.
  • Proactively manage and resolve team conflicts, promoting open communication and a collaborative culture.

Sales & Performance Management

  • Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to drive sales growth and optimize team performance.
  • Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients to expand the customer base and increase revenue opportunities.

Customer Experience

  • Deliver a highly personalized, luxury-level customer experience tailored to individual client needs, ensuring each interaction feels exclusive and memorable.
  • Ensure the team is well-trained and knowledgeable to provide accurate, detailed product information and expert guidance.
  • Maintain a visually impeccable store environment, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and an inviting atmosphere that enhances the customer journey.
  • Train and coach staff to provide attentive, proactive, and solution-oriented service, anticipating client needs and resolving inquiries efficiently.

Operational Management

  • Oversee daily store operations, including cash handling, compliance with company policies, and overall store maintenance.
  • Ensure the store environment remains safe, organized, and aligned with brand standards at all times.

  • Proven experience in luxury retail or high-end fashion, with a strong track record in store management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Strong commercial mindset, with experience managing KPIs, driving sales, and achieving revenue targets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Passion for fashion, craftsmanship, and delivering a premium, personalized customer experience.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-driven approach.
  • Professional presence aligned with a luxury brand image.
  • Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in retail management, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Proven ability to effectively interact with all levels of management.

  • Comprehensive understanding of retail operations, processes, and business impact.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to actively listen and engage.
  • Strong sales and client relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced level).
  • Familiarity with POS systems, computers, and standard retail tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Salary : $70,000 - $84,000
