VP - Fund Finance
About the Firm:
A growing alternative asset manager focused on providing structured capital to high-growth companies across credit, hybrid, and venture strategies.
The Role:
Seeking a VP to support fund finance operations and reporting across multiple investment vehicles. This is a hands-on role working closely with senior leadership, third-party providers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee fund accounting, operations, treasury, and investor reporting
- Manage monthly/quarterly reporting for LPs and stakeholders
- Coordinate with fund admins, auditors, and tax providers
- Support capital calls, distributions, and liquidity planning
- Improve reporting processes and internal controls
- Partner with investment, IR, legal, and FP&A teams
- Supervise and mentor junior team members
Qualifications:
- 6–12 years of fund finance or fund accounting experience
- Credit fund experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
Compensation:
- Base salary up to $200K
- Total compensation ~$250K
Salary : $190,000 - $200,000
