General Labor – Warehouse Helper (South Department)
Location: Pearland, TX
Compensation: $15.00
Schedule: Monday – Friday (8-5pm)
Position Summary
The General Laborer will assist in warehouse operations for a manufacturer and distributor of welding guns and welding tools. This role supports the South Department and will provide general assistance in production and distribution tasks as assigned.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Assist with handling, moving, and organizing welding guns, welding tools, and related materials.

Support production and assembly tasks as needed.

Perform general warehouse duties including packing, loading, unloading, and staging products.

Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with safety procedures.

Follow directions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete daily tasks.

Perform other duties as assigned within the South Department.
Minimum Qualifications

Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred but not required.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move for extended periods.

Must be reliable and able to follow instructions in a team-oriented environment.

Safety awareness and willingness to wear appropriate PPE.
Job Requirements / Physical Demands

Frequent lifting, carrying, bending, and reaching.

Prolonged standing and walking in a warehouse environment.

Exposure to typical warehouse conditions including dust, noise, and varying temperatures.

Must have reliable transportation to the Pearland location.
Work Environment
