Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

The Role
A private equity investment firm is seeking a polished, organized, and friendly Receptionist to support the office and senior team members. This role is ideal for someone early in their administrative career who enjoys creating a welcoming environment, managing day-to-day logistics, and being the go-to person for ensuring the office runs smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and manage the front desk, ensuring a professional and friendly atmosphere
- Answer phones, handle incoming mail, and coordinate deliveries
- Manage conference room scheduling and assist with meeting setup (catering, AV, materials)
- Provide light calendar and travel support to senior team members as needed
- Assist with expense reporting and general administrative tasks
- Maintain office supplies and help coordinate vendor services
- Partner with the administrative team to provide coverage and support for projects and events
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture where no task is too small
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 2 years of administrative, reception, or office coordination experience (financial services a plus, but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Warm, professional communication style—both in person and via email
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with Concur or Salesforce a plus
