This role requires exceptional judgment, adaptability, and the ability to anticipate needs in a dynamic environment where priorities shift quickly.Key ResponsibilitiesOffice AdministrationAssist in managing financial administration including bill payments, tracking expenses, and liaising with advisors as needed.Organize and maintain secure digital and physical filing systems across legal, financial, and personal domains.Support company governance processes, document preparation, and record-keeping.Coordinate logistics for weekly meetings, investment reviews, and company meetings.Executive & Personal SupportManage complex calendars, appointments, and scheduling for CEO.Coordinate travel arrangements, including private and commercial travel, accommodation, and itinerary preparation.Handle personal tasks such as household coordination, vendor management, reservations, event planning, and special errands.Maintain discretion and handle sensitive company and financial information with absolute confidentiality.Communication & LiaisonServe as a polished point of contact for company members, household staff, advisors, and external service providers.Communicate on behalf of the principals in a professional and discreet manner.Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to ensure seamless operations.
