Our client, a global asset management firm is seeking a highly motivated RFP Writer to join their Global RFP Team. This individual will support multiple distribution channels and investment teams by producing high-quality marketing materials for prospective and existing client questionnaires. Responsibilities include:
- Manage the coordination and completion of RFPs and DDQs, with a primary focus on submissions through online questionnaire portals.
- Develop expertise in online submission platforms and leverage efficiencies across entries, including the use of AI, APIs, and automation tools.
- Maintain strong relationships with external platform providers to support seamless submission processes.
- Research and implement process improvements to enhance the quality, consistency, and efficiency of portal-based submissions.
- Ensure all deadlines are met with accurate, consistent messaging across all questionnaires.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required (finance, economics, or business preferred).
- Up to 2 years of experience in an RFP or consultant database role, preferably within an asset management or financial services firm.
Salary : $35 - $38
