We build our profits, literally.The RoleWe are adding Managing Directors / Capital Partners who can bring real capital and real investors to the table in a timely manner, not those with theoretical networks.  Most work is remote; we care about integrity and outcomes, not where you sit.You will:- Leverage your existing relationships with accredited HNW/UHNW investors, family offices, sovereign wealth funds and/or institutions.- Introduce them to our current ultra-luxury real estate development offering and upcoming AI-related and other alternative investments.- Conduct one-on-one and small-group conversations (virtual and in person).- Help guide interested investors through their due diligence and our process.- Soon and continuously be closing investments.- Build a growing book of investors who participate across multiple offerings over time (real estate development, AI/media, other alternatives).This is a senior, entrepreneurial role for people who want to plug into a serious platform and team, not a training program.Who Thrives With UsYou are an excellent fit if:- You have real, active relationships with accredited HNW/UHNW investors, family offices, RIAs or institutions. Not just say that you have them.- You have personally raised capital into private deals (real estate, private equity, credit, alternatives, etc.).- You are comfortable asking for and capable of getting $250,000 – $1,000,000 commitments from HNW and UHNW Accredited Investors, and/or $5,000,000 - $50,000,000 commitments from family office and institutional investors and having direct conversations about risk, structure, and returns, for projects worthy of their attention and investment.- You actually help move raises to the finish line.- You are entrepreneurial and want your income potential to reflect your contribution and the success of the projects you work on.- You want to build a multi-year path across several projects (real estate, AI/media, private aviation, other sectors) rather than a one-off transaction.Culturally, we are very straightforward:Those who consistently contribute to getting raises done, and ideally bring other value to the table as well, continue to be invited into future projects.Those who do not, do not.Who Should Not ApplyYou will likely not be a fit if:- You do not already have accredited investor or family office and institutional relationships.- Your experience is limited to “business development” or “networking” without actual closed capital.- You are primarily seeking a traditional role where you think hours in is valued more than tangible results.- You are uncomfortable being measured on contributions to successful capital raises.- You talk a great game, but results quickly prove to not follow.FINRA-Licensed CandidatesIf you currently hold FINRA licenses (e.g., Series 7/63, 82/63) and are associated with a broker-dealer, your compensation may be structured through your broker-dealer, subject to their approval and applicable regulations.Additional Notes:This position requires a background check. If you are licensed and if you have a prior bankruptcy, U-4 disclosures, credit issues, civil judgments, pending litigation, termination from a previous employer, or any other matter subject to FINRA disclosure regulations, you must disclose these items during the pre-screening process.
