Help Desk Technician
Location: Hackensack, NJ
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, mobile devices, and network-related issues.
- Support video conferencing systems, including Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
- Maintain accurate equipment inventory and track asset assignments.
- Document support requests, resolutions, and follow-ups in the ticketing system.
- Ensure adherence to IT procedures and maintain strong documentation practices.
- Collaborate with IT team members to resolve escalated issues efficiently.
- Provide occasional shift coverage or extended hours as needed.
- Travel periodically to other office locations for technical support, office buildouts, or expansions.
Qualifications
- Experience supporting Microsoft Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, etc.).
- Familiarity with document management systems (iManage or similar strongly preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and processes.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field — or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
