Help Desk Technician

Soni is seeking a Help Desk Technician to join our law firm client in Northern NJ. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, supporting end users, and contributing to a collaborative, fast-paced professional environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and mobile devices
• Assist with video conferencing setup and troubleshooting (Microsoft Teams & Zoom)
• Maintain and track IT equipment inventory
• Accurately document all support activity in the Firm’s ticketing system
• Travel periodically to other firm offices for onsite support, buildouts, and expansions
• Provide occasional after-hours or shift coverage as needed
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 (especially Outlook and Word)
• Experience with iManage is strongly preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Proven ability to learn quickly, follow procedures, and maintain detailed documentation
• Experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field — or equivalent work experience

Compensation: $75,000 to $95,000 annually

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
