Milgard Windows & Doors is seeking a Production Worker I for our Swing Shift team in Fife, WA. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, teamwork, and producing high‑quality results in a fast‑paced environment. ✨

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll support our fiberglass lineal production process by:

• Supporting key goals: On‑Time Delivery, Quality, Units per Man Hour, Safety, Housekeeping, and Scrap reduction

• ️ Completing tasks accurately and efficiently using standard work instructions

• Focusing on high‑quality output and timely task completion to ensure customer satisfaction

• Demonstrating Milgard’s Core Values in all interactions

• Following all safety protocols and wearing required PPE

• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What You Bring

• 1 year of related experience preferred (Manufacturing, Warehouse, Fiberglass, Painting)

• Mechanical aptitude, including the ability to read a tape measure

• Experience with hand and power tools

• ➗ Ability to compute basic math, including fractions

• Ability to lift 75 lbs unassisted
