Purpose
We are seeking a skilled Machinist to join our high-performing Machining Department. This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on machining experience who are eager to expand their skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll work with top‑of‑the‑line CNC machinery, raw materials, laminates, and other specialty materials to produce high‑quality cabinetry components that exceed expectations.

What You’ll Do
- Feed material into the saw to accurately cut custom cabinet components.
- Clean and maintain your machine and work area to ensure safety, efficiency, and cutting quality.
- Inspect for quality, identifying any defects or issues and determining appropriate corrective actions.
- Meet daily and weekly production goals while maintaining strict quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members across your department to support production flow and improve overall quality and efficiency.
- Share ideas for improving processes and outcomes—we value technicians who think critically and take ownership.
What You Bring
- Prior saw operation or CNC machining experience, ideally in cabinetry, wood products, or custom furniture, is a plus. However, your eagerness to learn and strong work ethic are what truly matter. We're committed to providing comprehensive training for the right candidate.
- Ability to recognize and address common cutting issues to ensure accurate and clean cuts.
- Able to safely lift up to 50 pounds alone; lifts over 50 pounds require team assistance.
- Comfortable reading production schedules, job cards, and computer interfaces.
- A good eye for detail, strong work ethic, and a team-first attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
