Purpose

We are seeking a dependable Delivery Driver Helper to join our high-performing Shipping Department. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and want to grow their skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You’ll assist with loading, transporting, and unloading high-end cabinetry and parts, ensuring every order reaches customers safely and in excellent condition.

What You’ll Do

• Assist the Delivery Driver in transporting cabinets and parts to customers throughout Western Washington, with occasional overnight trips.
• Help safely load and unload cabinets and parts, maneuvering bulky items into tight spaces as needed.
• Interact with customers and the public in a professional and positive manner.
• Works as part of a two-person team, ensuring you are never alone on the job. You will be partnered with a Delivery Driver who will assist with daily tasks, including moving cabinetry and driving.
• Must be available to work full-time, Monday to Friday. The workday starts at 5:00 AM, with end times varying depending on the delivery schedule.

• Share ideas to improve delivery processes and prevent injuries, damage or accidents

What You Bring

• Minimum of 1 year of large item delivery experience highly preferred.
• Ability to lift, bend, reach above the head, kneel, crouch, and/or stretch during shifts up to 10 hours.
• Ability to consistently lift 65-75 lbs and occasionally lift 100-125 lbs with the assistance of your Driver.
• Self-motivated – Sees what needs to be done and does it.
• Basic navigation skills and ability to follow delivery routes efficiently.
• A strong focus on safety, reliability, excellent customer service, and a team-first attitude.
• Comfortable working closely with a Delivery Driver to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
