- Apply paint finishes to cabinet components using industry-standard equipment.
- Match colors to master samples and ensure consistent tone, clarity, and smoothness with each batch.
- Inspect parts for quality, identifying any surface or coating defects and determining appropriate repair or rework steps.
- Meet daily and weekly production goals while maintaining strict quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to support production flow and maintain high finish quality.
- Maintain your equipment, spray booth, and work area to ensure safety, efficiency, and finish integrity.
- Share ideas for improving processes and outcomes—we value technicians who think critically and take ownership.
