What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Midway Staffing?
Location: Boulder, CO
Schedule: M-F 9am - 5pm
Pay rate: $20.00/hour
Duties:
- Perform general maintenance and labor tasks throughout a school facility.
- Move and set up furniture, equipment, and classroom materials as needed.
- Complete light painting and touch-up projects.
- Replace light bulbs and assist with basic building upkeep.
- Support custodial and maintenance teams with daily work orders.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Assist with other facility maintenance duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Previous general labor, maintenance, or custodial experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical work throughout the shift.
- Comfortable using basic hand tools and maintenance equipment.
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
