Production Associate
Job Summary:
Midway Staffing is hiring motivated Production Associates to join a growing manufacturing team in Reno, NV. This role offers hands-on work building advanced electromechanical products in a clean, organized, and team-oriented environment. Location: Reno, NV 89521
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20.00/hr
Duties / Responsibilities:
- Assemble mechanical and electromechanical components using tools, work instructions, and diagrams
- Perform production tasks to meet daily schedules and output goals
- Follow all safety and quality standards to ensure product accuracy and consistency
- Handle materials including receiving, staging, and moving components as needed
- Package finished products and prepare them for shipment
- Complete production documentation and track progress accurately
- Identify and report defects or issues to maintain high-quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors on production status
Requirements / Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Experience in production, manufacturing, or assembly environments is a plus
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Ability to read and follow written instructions and assembly drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to wear PPE and follow all safety guidelines
