Job Title: Records Specialist (Warehouse)

Midway Staffing is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Records Specialist to join our team in a warehouse environment in New Castle, DE. This role is ideal for candidates who are comfortable performing physical tasks, handling sensitive documents, and maintaining an organized workspace.

Location: New Castle, DE
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour (weekly pay)

Duties:

• Lift, move, and stack boxes and materials up to 75 lbs throughout the shift.

• Use manual pallet jacks to move and organize items.

• Climb stairs and ladders to access storage areas.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Follow all safety and operational procedures.

Requirements:

• Must have steel toe shoes.

• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs and perform heavy lifting during the shift.

• Comfortable standing, bending, climbing stairs, and ladders throughout the shift.

• Experience using manual pallet jacks preferred.

• High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive documentation.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

• Previous warehouse or records-handling experience is a plus.
