Resident Support Associate

Schedule: Saturday-Wednesday 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
Job Overview
Midway Staffing is seeking professional, customer-focused individuals to join our team as an Resident Support Associate . In this role, you will provide excellent resident support by assisting with package management and delivering outstanding customer service in a residential community.
Key Responsibilities
· Clean and maintain common areas, entrances, hallways, and restrooms.
· Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust assigned areas.
· Collect and dispose of trash and recycling.
· Perform minor maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs and reporting repair needs.
· Assist with moving furniture, equipment, or supplies as needed.
· Respond promptly to cleaning or maintenance requests.
· Ensure the property meets health and safety standards.
· Assist with various other tasks as needed.
· Follow company policies and safety procedures.
Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
· Previous custodial, janitorial, or porter experience is an asset.
· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Good communication and customer service skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
