Job Summary
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented On-Call Housekeepers to support a high-end hotel and resort environment in Reno, NV. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in cleanliness, enjoy working in a fast-paced hospitality setting, and are flexible with scheduling based on business needs.
On-call housekeepers will assist with maintaining guest rooms and public areas to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming experience for all guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
- Replenish linens, towels, and guest amenities
- Clean and maintain bathrooms to high sanitation standards
- Remove trash and transport waste to designated areas
- Maintain cleanliness in hallways, lobbies, and other public spaces as needed
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly
- Follow all company policies, safety standards, and cleaning procedures
- Deliver excellent customer service when interacting with guests
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work on-call shifts, including weekends, holidays, and peak business times
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and push carts for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite
