Job Description
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing site activities on large data center builds
- Coordinating subcontractors to ensure schedule, quality, and safety compliance
- Managing commissioning readiness and turnover on mission‑critical systems
- Driving productivity across fast‑paced, technically complex construction environments
- Partnering with project management and design teams to resolve constructability issues
- Enforcing rigorous safety standards on live, high‑risk project sites
- Supporting phased project delivery across multiple national locations

The Successful Applicant
For The Mechanical (MEP) Superintendent Role, We Are Seeking
- Proven experience as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent on large data center projects
- Strong background in mission‑critical MEP systems
- Experience on semiconductor or life sciences facilities will be considered
- Ability to operate effectively within highly complex, fast‑track environments
- Willingness to travel nationally on a 10 days on / 4 days off rotation
- Strong leadership presence with subcontractors and field teams
- Deep understanding of commissioning, QA/QC, and safety compliance
- Open compensation targets based on experience
- Structured national travel schedule (10 on / 4 off)
- Exposure to flagship, technically complex mission‑critical developments
- Long‑term pipeline of major projects across multiple U.S. regions
