Job Description

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing site activities on large data center builds
• Coordinating subcontractors to ensure schedule, quality, and safety compliance
• Managing commissioning readiness and turnover on mission‑critical systems
• Driving productivity across fast‑paced, technically complex construction environments
• Partnering with project management and design teams to resolve constructability issues
• Enforcing rigorous safety standards on live, high‑risk project sites
• Supporting phased project delivery across multiple national locations

The Successful Applicant

For The Mechanical (MEP) Superintendent Role, We Are Seeking

• Proven experience as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent on large data center projects
• Strong background in mission‑critical MEP systems
• Experience on semiconductor or life sciences facilities will be considered
• Ability to operate effectively within highly complex, fast‑track environments
• Willingness to travel nationally on a 10 days on / 4 days off rotation
• Strong leadership presence with subcontractors and field teams
• Deep understanding of commissioning, QA/QC, and safety compliance
