Job Description

• Lead and manage all on site operations for a variety of large-scale, ground up construction projects ranging from $30M - $200M . Project types will include but are not limited to: commercial, public works, education, health care
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to ensure efficient workflow.
• Maintain project schedules and proactively resolve delays or issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate daily reports and documentation.

The Successful Applicant

• 2 or 4-year degree OR equivalent industry experience
• /-5-10 years in construction
• General Contracting or Builder-Developer background
• Demonstrated history of successfully managing large-scale, ground up construction projects from start to completion. Project types can include but are not limited to: commercial, health care, life sciences, public works, multi-family, higher-education/K-12
• Project values can range from $30M - $200M
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other scheduling software
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
