Job Description
- Lead day-to-day field operations for commercial interior and luxury residential projects
- Manage subcontractors, site logistics, and construction sequencing
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and in alignment with plans and specifications
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, and design teams to drive progress and resolve issues

- Superintendent experience in the South Florida market
- Background in luxury commercial interiors and/or high-end residential construction
- Strong ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and schedules
- Proven leadership managing subcontractors and field teams
- Bilingual preferred; proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction platforms like Procore a plus
- Salary up to 175k depending on experience
