Due to continued project wins, they are looking to appoint an experienced Superintendent to oversee ground-up commercial and multifamily developments.

What you'll be doing
- Taking full responsibility for the day-to-day site operations from mobilisation through to completion.
- Managing subcontractors, schedules, safety and quality to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Working closely with Project Managers, owners, architects and consultants throughout the build.
- Leading site meetings and maintaining excellent communication with all stakeholders.
- Creating a positive, organised and safety-focused jobsite culture.
What we're looking for
✔ Proven experience as a Superintendent with a General Contractor.
✔ Commercial and multifamily construction experience is essential.
✔ Strong background delivering ground-up projects.
✔ Excellent leadership, scheduling and subcontractor management skills.
✔ Ability to manage multiple trades while maintaining exceptional quality and safety standards.
✔ Someone who genuinely enjoys building projects and leading successful teams.
