The Opportunity
As Senior Estimator, you'll lead the estimating process on a wide range of ground-up commercial projects, working closely with senior leadership, operations teams and clients to prepare accurate, competitive bids.
You'll have the opportunity to influence project strategy from the earliest stages while helping secure landmark projects across the region.

What We're Looking For
✔ Previous experience as a Senior Estimator or Estimator with a Commercial General Contractor
✔ Strong experience pricing ground-up commercial construction projects
✔ Ability to prepare complete conceptual and hard-bid estimates
✔ Strong understanding of construction methods, subcontractor pricing and value engineering
✔ Experience reviewing drawings, specifications and bid documents
✔ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
✔ Stable employment history with a proven track record of successful project delivery
