Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Superintendent to oversee construction projects, particularly in the restaurant sector. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while also managing staff and maintaining compliance with health regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of construction projects in the restaurant industry.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage and coordinate staff training and development.
• Maintain compliance with health regulations and safety standards.
• Develop and manage project schedules and budgets.
• Facilitate vendor relations and negotiate contracts.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure project standards are met.
• Foster operational efficiency throughout all phases of construction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction field with exptensive expeience building high end restaurants.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations.
• Strong leadership skills and experience in team management.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and inventory effectively.
• Familiarity with quality control standards and practices.
• Experience in staff training and development.
