The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all phases of construction for high-end restaurant projects
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure project timelines are met
- Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to monitor progress and address any issues
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the construction process
- Prepare and manage project schedules and budgets, including bid preparation and negotiations with subcontractors
- Provide leadership and guidance to the construction team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction of retail or restaurant projects
- Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience with bid preparation and negotiating with subcontractors is a plus
- Understanding of big box retail construction is desirable
- Willingness to travel as needed for project requirements

Salary : $90,000 - $150,000
