Job Description
Reporting into senior construction leadership, the Project Manager will take ownership of projects from pre-construction through to completion.
- Manage the full project lifecycle, including budgeting, scheduling, and execution
- Oversee subcontractor procurement and coordination
- Drive programme delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
- Monitor financial performance, forecasts, and reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams across development and construction divisions
- Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships throughout delivery
- Support regional travel across Arkansas and neighbouring states as required
The Successful Applicant
For The Project Manager We Are Seeking
- Minimum 5 years' experience working for a General Contractor
- Proven track record delivering multi-family (3 storey wood frame), mixed-use, or light commercial projects
- Strong preference for candidates with previous field experience in a Superintendent capacity
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Willingness to travel regionally (AR, OK, MO, TX)
- Experience in homebuilding alone will not be considered
- Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 (dependent on experience)
- Per diem and travel expenses fully covered
