The Superintendent - Government/Federal Projects $50M will be responsible for:
- Oversee day to day onsite operations for renovation projects
- Lead subcontractor coordination, scheduling and site logistics
- Manage safety compliance and conduct daily site walks
- Collaborate with the Project Manager on schedules, RFIs, and field issues
- Maintain daily reports, inspections and field documentation
The Successful Applicant
The Superintendent - Government/Federal Projects $50M should have:
- 5 years of Superintendent experience with a General Contractor (GC)
- Proven ability to manage projects $10M
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface with clients, subcontractors, architects, and inspectors.
- Demonstrated capability to enforce site safety, conduct toolbox talks, and maintain OSHA-compliant job sites.
- Skilled in reading and interpreting construction documents, specifications, and schedules.
- Proficient with construction technology such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem‑solving abilities to navigate field issues in real time.
- Team-focused mindset with a commitment to quality craftsmanship and maintaining strong subcontractor relationships.
The Superintendent - Government/Federal Projects $50M may receive:
