Job Description
- Manage all on-site activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Supervise subcontractors and ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to meet project goals.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to relevant parties.
- Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during construction.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and materials on-site.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including daily logs and progress reports.
- Ensure adherence to all local building codes and regulations in Bedford.
