Description
Manage day-to-day site operations for high-end custom home builds, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to maintain seamless project execution.
Enforce safety regulations and site protocols to ensure a secure and efficient work environment.
Collaborate closely with owners, architects, and designers to bring custom visions to life.
Oversee inspections, quality control, and punch lists to ensure flawless project delivery.
Profile
10 years of superintendent experience, with a proven track record in luxury custom home construction.
Expertise in managing ground-up homes in the $10M range.
Strong knowledge of high-end finishes, bespoke design details, and top-tier construction methods.
